As a student of the airline career program you will receive 2 days of job application training.
During day 1 of this training you will learn about different selection phases at an airline and how to prepare for them. You will gain a deeper insight in what recruiters focus on, learn strategies to control nerves, learn how to draft a resume and motivation letter and your instructors will share the do’s and don’ts of airline interviews. The instructors will cover common technical and personal questions with you and discuss strategies to answer difficult questions.
The second day of the training consists of a mock-interview and selection day. It is an opportunity to put the theory of day 1 into practice. You will participate in a group exercise and a one-on-one interview where your knowledge, your attitude, your motivation and your social skills will be evaluated. Afterwards you will receive feedback and tips.
Throughout the 2-day training, a pilot instructor and a psychologist will teach you all there is to know and answer all the questions you might have regarding interviews, applications, resumes and motivation letters.
Simulator screening training: As a part of our extensive after-care program, you will receive an extra training session in our Airbus simulator shortly before going to your first job interview.
